Cloudflare collects access logs for the website and its webapps on my behalf. This probably includes things like users' IP address, location, browser, and possibly more. For a more detailed and updated list you'll have to look through their privacy policy.
None of these apps themselves actually collect any user data. They all run completely 100% on your device, with no communication to any server being necessary for anything other than downloading the app/website itself.
Some of them might contain links to, or embedded content from, other pages and websites though -- which your device will similarly have to load from a server for them to work.
None of these apps collect any personal information. Please do not give me your personal information.
